Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Non-personalised BioThane, Cork ‘Leather’ and Printed collars and leads:

RETURNS

Returns for non-personalised items are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided they are clean and undamaged. Items must be returned as received, including original packaging. Return (tracked) postage is the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event of a damaged item, please contact us at hello@houndandblossom.com within twenty-four hours of receipt. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

POSTAL DELAYS/ NON-RECEIPT

Items that have not arrived thirty days (UK) after dispatch and sixty days (international) will be eligible for a refund. Please note that if your order has been sent via a tracked service, we will need to liaise with the postal company to understand the delay before a refund is issued.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours. If your item has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the ‘Returns’ process. If you wish to make changes to your order, please email hello@houndandblossom.com ASAP to advise.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

Personalised items (name, specific size, specific colour combinations or hardware choices) are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Due to the personalised nature of collar ID jewellery, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for collar ID jewellery

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@houndandblossom.com to discuss further.

Please follow all care instructions and advice carefully; refunds and replacements are not issued where neglect or improper use is evident.

RETURNS

Return (tracked) postage is the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept any responsibility for lost items; please ensure that you receive a receipt for your tracked return.

Made to order items (SCULPTURAL CANDLES) and/or any item where you have requested a specific colour or fragrance cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
